San Carlos, CA failed to sever ties from ICLEI

But boy did the citizens and Vice Mayor Matt Grocott make a fantastic effort! It is all about property rights. When local governments fail to protect property rights and cede authority to the UN, they betray their constituents. Spartanburg County is indeed fortunate to have severed our ties!
