S.92 (NDAA Nullification) fails a vote today. Because of Republicans

Let me remind you what S.92 NDAA Nullification bill is.

No agency of the State, agency of a political subdivision of the State, officer or employee of the State, officer or employee of a political subdivision of the State, acting in his official capacity, to include any member of the South Carolina Military Department solely on official state duty, or employees of any state or local detention facility solely on official state duty, may engage in an activity that aids an agency of the armed forces of the United States in execution of 50 U.S.C. 1541, as provided by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, or any subsequent provision of this law in the detainment of any citizen of the United States in violation of Section 3, Article I, and Section 14, Article I of the South Carolina Constitution.”

The Senate tried to get S.92 (NDAA Nullification) on Rules Committee Special Order Slot today in the Senate. They only needed a majority vote. The vote failed 19-21 with 5 so called Republicans voting with the Democrats. The 5 voting with the Democrats were:

Sen. Paul Campbell (Berkley)
Republican – Berkeley
District 44 – Berkeley, Charleston & Dorchester Counties
Business Phone (803) 212-6016
Business Phone (843) 296-1001

Sen. Raymond Cleary (Georgetown/Horry)
Business Phone (803) 212-6040
Business Phone (843) 650-5100

Sen. John Courson (Richland)
Business Phone (803) 212-6250
Business Phone (803) 212-6250

Sen. Hugh Leatherman (Florence)
Business Phone (803) 212-6640
Business Phone (843) 662-0388

Sen. William O’Dell (Anderson/Abbeville, Greenwood)
Business Phone (803) 212-6350

Call them. Call them NOW. Because we must assume by their vote that these Republicans are IN FAVOR of detainment of any citizen of the United States in violation of Section 3, Article I, and Section 14, Article I of the South Carolina Constitution.

They need to be voted out at convention and replaced with people that will defend our individual rights.

This TP letter should be sent as a “LETTER TO THE EDITOR” to each respective newspaper; now and at run-up to any voter action. To defy the ‘public will’in favor of such an Administration is unforgiveable.

They believe they are not answerable to the voters only to the status quo contingent of the of the senate (GOB).

A vigorously campaign to replace them with real Republicans, that can be and are supported by the Tea Party, is the only cure for RINO’s. Who can not or will not think of others outside of their cabal. Their control of all functions and power is their goal.

One little crack appeared in the last election, but unless we get serious, the hole in the dike will be sealed and we will remain their money tree and servants.

Senators Campbell, Cleary, Coursen, Leatherman & O’Derll are NOT Republicans…the are actually Democrat Socialists– most of them started their political careers as Democrats and never changed. Their constituents are being hoodwinked. The people in their Districts need to understand that they are being betrayed by the very men they voted for.

Jane, you are correct, but calling them Democrat Socialist makes them one of Obama’s protected surrogates and will open the liberal reelection money tree for them.

My thought is they are part of the self serving lawyer/legislator protective association, commonly referred as the GOB Club and should be the target of every conservative.
