Lindsey Graham is a finger in the wind coward

We all have read about the two liberty-destroying treaties (Arms and LOST) being pushed by the Obama Administration.

On July 11 / updated July 16, Jim DeMint posted on his blog that he had the 34 Senators who would stand against the LOST Treaty and ensure its defeat.

I know that people have been calling Graham’s office asking about his votes on these treaties. Here is a sample of the responses our folks have been getting:

July 17, 2012
I called both offices this morning and got the usual responses, “The Senator has not made a decision on this legislation.” I asked, “So he is in dither as to how to vote on the most important piece of legislation before the Senate since the U. S. joined the UN?” Reply, “Sir the Senator is very busy with other important legislation.”

I also called both offices this morning and was advised he has not made a decision. I told them that I have not made a decision about voting for him in November after looking at his voting record and that he needs to vote for conservative values and that means voting to stop the Law of the Sea Treaty!

Today, July 19 Harry Kibler sent me a message that he’d just spoken with Graham’s office, that he will not vote for either treaty and will be adding his name to Jim DeMint’s pledge.

Senator, we no longer need you. Don’t need you to belatedly sign a pledge now that it’s a moot point, now that you held out expressing your stand until that fight was won. And we don’t need you to continue to waffle on crucial issues of liberty while you check with the champagne circuit to see what their wishes are, while patriots like Jim DeMint fight for us.

Re: LOST I received a letter today from Lindsey (dated July 5) stating that the the U.S. has not ratified the treaty due to concerns that the treaty will impede on American sovereignty. So, it might impede on our sovereignty but he was not sure how to vote. I guess Lindsey was waiting for Joe Lieberman and John McCain to tell him how to vote.

Sadly, Lindsey cares nothing about our sovereignty or about our pathetic Sotomayer/Kagan Supreme Court or about the folks that he represents.

Amen! Amen! Amen! So what are we going to do about it? We only have two years to go and I don’t see anyone in the wings that will win against him. Of course we can always hope he will resign to become a FOX News Contributor, they seem to like him.

He would not want to be known as an individual that makes decisions based on what is good for the country. He might not be popular with the GOB and other RINOs.

How soon are we away frim finding a primary challenger for loser Lindsey?

Lindsey Graham is useless and dangerous to South Carolina and the nation. Any republican senator who has a hard time figuring out how their constituents stand on LOST is either dumb or doesn’t care. We MUST find a tea party conservative to replace him! In fact we must find two, now that we will no longer have Jim DeMint to vote for freedom and liberty. Any senator that would even consider the possibility of ceding power to the U.N. is a traitor in my book!

The problem with defeating Lindsey is that is very good at fund-raising, with lots of connections. Advertise his Teddy Kennedy and John McCain-like voting record and out-spend him in the campaign with a viable candidate (Nikki might be ready to run), and he can be taken down.

Loved the May 18th comment! We certainly will not vote for him again. He does us no good! Yes he may be asking John Mccain how he should vote! John needs to retire too!
