heh. Arizona boycotts have consequences

Daniel B. Wood writing at the Christian Science Monitor explains why it is WAY easier to call for a boycott than to actually participate in one.

Here are a few examples Danial cites:

The Los Angeles City Council on Wednesday granted itself an exemption to the city’s boycott of Arizona to keep a red light photo enforcement program operating. The program generates about $3.6 million in annual ticket revenue for the city. The day before, Oakland voted to approve a $1 million contract with a multinational advertising company with corporate offices in Phoenix.

So all the hoorah of all these uber liberal cities, counties, municipalities about how they “are not going to support this racist law!” dwindles under the reality of CAPITALISM!!!

gotta love it.

The Supreme Court successfuly upheld the 2nd admendment. The only thing concerning about this case was that it ended up with a 5-4 majority.
