FCC loses key ruling on Internet `neutrality’

As reported in an AP article today a federal court ruled that the FCC lacks the authority to require broadband providers to give equal treatment to all Internet traffic flowing over their networks. That is a huge blow to the “net neutrality” efforts of the Obama administration.
